Where we ship: United States and Canada.

Processing time: all orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery time: delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — occasionally carriers experience delays beyond our control.

Order tracking: once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your package anytime on our Track Order page.

Insured delivery: every shipment is insured. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
